π When: Sunday, October 1st - Sunday, November 19th

πWhat: A YOU vs. YOU vs. EVERYONE Challenge with a Habitual Twist!
You vs. You - Bet on YOURSELF ($25 minimum up to whatever amount motivates you! Venmo: Cash App: $HabitualBadass) to lose 3.5% of your starting weight! I will give you your goal number. If you hit or surpass your goal on 11/19, you EARN your money back and are entered into a special winners drawing for some badass prizes!
Vs. Everyone - If you don't hit your goal, your money goes into a pot, and the person with the highest percentage of weight lost overall wins the pot!
Habitual Twist - Together, we are going to work on two BONUS HABITS that YOU set for yourself! Maybe you want to workout 4 days a week, drink a gallon of water a day, hit 12000 steps a day, or go to bed by 10pm...any healthy habits that will help you reach your goals are fair game!
πEnjoy the tips, motivation, accountability, mini challenges, and commentary during the duration of the challenge!
πWeigh-in weekly and send me (privately) your first and last weigh-ins!
πTake measurements at the beginning and end (inches matter more than the damn scale)!
