Nina Baez Coaching

Nina Baez Coaching I’ve coached hundreds of women to ditch diets & lose fat without giving up their favorite foods.

Nina's passion for fitness & nutrition stems from years of yo-yo dieting and feeling unhappy in her own skin. After gaining the 'freshmen 15' in college, Nina vowed to stop the cycle and get healthy for good. Nina researched proper nutrition and gave up meal replacements and boring diets for wholesome, nutritious, unprocessed foods. In addition, Nina discovered the value of strength training and b

ecame addicted to the results of this healthy lifestyle. Nina wanted to help others achieve the same results, and became certified through the International Sports Sciences Association in 2013. Nina started Nina Fitness Training, which aims to help clients across the world get fit and healthy for life through customized nutrition & workout programs.

We were taught that skipping meals was a win.
That meal replacements were normal.
That feeling full meant we’d lost control.

We didn’t choose these rules.
We absorbed them.
From magazines, TV, friends, and family who were taught the same.

Now we still label salad as good, pasta as bad.
Feel guilty for eating ice cream.
Think we have to “make up for it” tomorrow.

But we weren’t born with food fear.
We absorbed it.

And we don’t have to live with it anymore. 🩷

I used to eat five donuts alone in my car.

If I already “messed up,” I might as well keep going, right?

Skip dinner. Punish myself. Promise I’d be good tomorrow.

It was never about the donuts.
It was the food rules I made up.
The shame I felt if I broke one.

I don’t live like that anymore.
And if food still feels like it has that much power over you, you don’t have to live like that either. 🩷

The reason you’re struggling isn’t because you’re not trying hard enough.

You’re struggling because you’ve been taught that food has to be this complicated.

And it doesn’t. ➡️

You tell yourself this Monday will be different. Stricter. Better. But by Friday night, you’re elbow-deep in a Five Guys bag, wondering why you have zero self-control.😫

And by Sunday, You’re bloated, frustrated, swearing you’ll get it together next week.

But this was never about the weekends. It was about everything leading up to them. The rules. The restriction. The pressure.

That’s why inside my coaching,
you’ll eat normally without panicking over what’s “allowed.”

You’ll lose weight without restarting every Monday.

You’ll stop feeling like food is controlling you, and finally feel in control.

🔗 Click the link in my bio and let’s schedule a call—because you and I both know another Monday isn’t going to fix anything.😉

I never panicked over a protein bar that tasted like a brownie.
But a real one? Instant guilt.

It wasn’t the food.
It was the fear of what it meant.

That I was “off track.”
That I had no control.
That I ruined my progress.

But what if a brownie…
Was just a brownie?

And you could eat it
Without spiraling.

I thought avoiding the scale would make me less anxious.
Turns out, it just made me more confused.

Here’s what finally changed that. ➡️
