Just because it’s “healthy” doesn’t mean you can eat endless amounts of it. 😬
So many women come to me confused.
They’re eating “clean,”
they’re eating “healthy,”
and nothing is changing.
In reality, they’re snacking on almonds all day, loading a whole avocado onto their toast, and eating salmon big enough for three people.
Healthy foods still have calories.
And if you’re eating too much, you will stay stuck.
