Nina Baez Coaching

Nina Baez Coaching I’ve coached hundreds of women to ditch diets & lose fat without giving up their favorite foods.

Nina's passion for fitness & nutrition stems from years of yo-yo dieting and feeling unhappy in her own skin. After gaining the 'freshmen 15' in college, Nina vowed to stop the cycle and get healthy for good. Nina researched proper nutrition and gave up meal replacements and boring diets for wholesome, nutritious, unprocessed foods. In addition, Nina discovered the value of strength training and became addicted to the results of this healthy lifestyle. Nina wanted to help others achieve the same results, and became certified through the International Sports Sciences Association in 2013. Nina started Nina Fitness Training, which aims to help clients across the world get fit and healthy for life through customized nutrition & workout programs.

Coaching isn’t about eating less.
It’s about learning how to eat in real life and still lose fat.

You don’t have to avoid the cookies.
You don’t have to give them away.
You don’t have to miss the memories to feel in control.

You just haven’t had someone show you how to trust yourself around food — yet.

This is what we do in 1:1 coaching.

I thought I had food under control.

But really, I was just following rules.

Ice cream was technically allowed, but only if I earned it.
Pasta was okay…but only the “healthy” kind.

When I finally stopped tracking and let myself just eat…
I didn’t feel free.
I felt panicked.

Because I didn’t know how to eat without tracking or rules.

I didn’t know how to trust myself after years of relying on control.

Rebuilding that trust took time.
But it’s what gave me peace.

And now it’s what I help other women do, too. Lose fat without the obsession, eat without guilt, and finally live your life without food taking up so much brain space.

You didn’t mess up because you ate pasta.

You’re messing up by trying to eat as little as possible to make up for it and pretending it’s “balance.” 💕🥴

Sure, your plan could work…

as long as you sleep 8 hours, eat totally clean and track every macro, workout for an hour every day, have unlimited motivation, and never ever feel stressed. 🙃

In other words… it works for the version of you who doesn’t exist.
Coaching with me is built for the version that does.💕

You ate the Crumbl cookie.
And instead of spiraling…

You didn’t skip dinner.
You didn’t punish yourself with cardio.
You didn’t say “I’ll start over Monday.”

You just enjoyed a cookie and then moved on.

That’s what growth actually looks like.

Not obsessing.
Not making up for it.
Not burning the whole day down.

And that’s huge. 🩷

👉 You don’t have a weekend eating problem, you have a Monday through Friday restriction problem your food rules created.

When you label foods as “bad”…
When you only let yourself have what you actually want on weekends…
When you think you have to earn treats…

The spiral is guaranteed.

The fix isn’t more willpower.
It’s giving yourself permission to eat in a way that works all week long.
No more living for Friday.
No more starting over Monday.

You can lose fat without being stuck in the weekend cycle. 🩷

You didn’t fail this summer.
You just kept waiting for the perfect moment to start.
And now it’s the day after Labor Day… and the spiral is setting in.
Let’s break the cycle before it pulls you under again.

Jess wanted Reese’s Cups, but she convinced herself to be ‘good’ and had a protein bar, rice cakes, and granola instead. Later, she still ate the Reese’s because nothing else was satisfying.

This is exactly why fighting cravings backfires and leads to eating even more. Swipe to see what happened. ➡️

If “just listen to your hunger cues” actually worked…
you wouldn’t feel so afraid of food.

But after years of tracking everything, following strict plans, and trying to eat clean of course it feels impossible to trust yourself without rules.

This is exactly what we work on in coaching.

Not just what to eat…
but how to rebuild trust with yourself around food, so eating feels simple again.
