My client was a Div 1 rower and it was obvious in his SUPERIOR VO2 Max Score.

But he still wants to improve his weaknesses on the bike.

ROS, reactive oxygen species, wreak havoc on your cells and DNA.

ROS occur due to regular cellular metabolism, stress physical/environmental and inflammation/infection.

Doable, but he can’t waste time.

It’s rare to come across someone that walks the talk.

A person that truly believes and invests in themselves and a GRAND Journey!

I had the privilege of working with 3x New York Boxing Champion and 2028 Olympic hopeful.

Intelligent, focused, eager to learn…that is what makes a true champion. .shin

She has put in a tremendous amount of hard work and discipline.

Do I believe VO2 max testing should be a mandatory test across your lifespan?

Yes!

It’s more than just a tool to measure fitness.

It’s an assessment to measure metabolic health, efficiency, cardiorespiratory and long-term health.

But the 🔑 is what to do with the information?

Are your “ok” with a low or average VO2 Max Score?🤨

It may work for you now, but you must have an above average/excellent score to be independent and lead a disease free life in your 50’s and on!
