🌿 What I’ve Learned from the Quiet Times 🌿

Lately, I’ve been moving through a quieter season—one where the energy feels slower, softer, and less full of movement or clarity. These aren’t always the most comfortable phases. In fact, they often stir restlessness in me, that feeling of needing to be doing more, producing more, or feeling more connected.

But this time, I listened differently.

This quiet has reminded me of something sacred:
✨ Trust doesn’t grow in noise. It grows in stillness.
✨ Receiving doesn’t happen when we’re always in motion. It happens when we soften, open, and allow.
✨ And healing—real, deep healing—often takes root in the pause, not the push.

I’ve come to see the quiet as a kind of spiritual reset. A gentle invitation from Spirit to listen deeper, breathe slower, and remember that I am still held, even when I feel less on. That I am still connected, even when it feels quiet. That my work—this path—is not about constant output. It’s about being in right relationship with energy, in all its cycles.

To rest, not retreat.

Being a Light

My name, Eleyna, means “light.” And as I’ve walked my path as a Spirit Medium and Reiki Master, I’ve come to understand just how deeply that meaning is woven into who I am and why I do what I do.

To be a light for others doesn’t mean I have all the answers or that I shine brightly every single day. It means I hold space — with compassion, presence, and love — for others to see their own light more clearly. I guide, not by fixing, but by reminding people of the power they already carry within. Healing is never something I give — it’s something I help awaken.

Being a light is about being intentional with your energy. About showing up authentically. About inspiring others simply by being who you are — not performing, not striving — but living from the heart.

We are all connected. The light within me recognizes and honors the light within you. And in that recognition, we rise together.
