Beverly admitted to Cedar Crest Post Acute feeling very deconditioned. While participating in therapy and working with her medical team as part of our CHF program, Beverly went home with assistance of a walker and doing fantastic. She was so excited to return to home and return to her daily life!

Congratulations, Bucky! 🌟 We are thrilled to announce that Bucky has earned a well-deserved promotion to Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) here at Cedar Crest Post Acute!

She has been with Cedar Crest for 3 years and was previously on our team as a Nursing Supervisor. Through her dedication, hard work, and drive, she has moved on to become our ADON. We are so proud of her accomplishment and thrilled to have her continue to grow with us.
