We got the nicest Holiday card in the mail today! She was so sweet and so thoughtful to think of Shane during the holiday season. She thanked him, but what we really should be doing is thanking all the nurses, doctors and all of our frontline heroes! Unfortunately, Covid is far from over. We still have plenty of ear guards if anyone is in need!! Wishing everyone a HEALTHY and HAPPY holiday season!!

So we haven’t posted in a while. I have been crazy with getting back to work, but Shane hasn’t stopped He has been continuing his work with his 3D printer and helping so many in need. Thank you to Jennifer & Joe Stampe for making this happen for Shane. It was such a great experience for him!

As of today, Shane has made almost 3,000 ear guards. In addition to ear guards, he’s been working on a new project. As shown in the pictures, this is a personalized 3D mask fitter. It is contoured specifically to a person’s face through the use of a face scanning app. Mask fitters help to improve the seal of a surgical mask if you don’t have access to an N95. Shane is just beginning these and still needs to figure out how to attach it securely, but we tried our best as demonstrated in the picture. Also, let me know if anyone needs any of the ear guards, we’re still making them 24/7!!

We love to see pics of or ear guards in use! I’m glad we can help out just a little. These pictures are from Sloan Kettering in NYC. A big shoutout for all that they do. Thank you! Shane continues to work hard and now is well over 2,000 ear guards made and delivered! As always, please let me know if you or someone you know whould like some of these.

Some days are a little more frustrating than others. Today was full of mechanical difficulties. We did end up making over one hundred today between the two printers, hopefully we will be able to fix this problem soon. I guess with 3 weeks of it running constantly, the printer needs a break. Tomorrow is a new day!!
