Each year, Phoebe Ministries recognizes staff members who go the extra mile to serve the Phoebe community with the President’s Award. Though Rafael's extensive maintenance knowledge, professionalism, and solid communication skills make him a true asset to the Phoebe community, his greatest strength lies in customer service and dedication to our residents. He routinely receives compliments from residents and staff praising his positive attitude, respectful demeanor, and the quality of work.

Our residents kicked off the festivities with a Witchy Luncheon, donning their witches’ hats and enjoying a delightfully spooky atmosphere. A dramatic reading of Edgar Allan Poe's The Black Cat captivated everyone. 🖤📜
