Ingredients: Brewers yeast, flax seed, oats, butter, baking powder, eggs, flour, chocolate chips, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar

How do these ingredients help me with lactation?
✨️Flax seed: contains phytoestrogens, which can increase milk supply
✨️Brewers yeast: acts as a galactagogue, which stimulates milk production

Juneteenth marked the end of slavery, but it didn't mark the end of inequality. Everyday we fight inequalities and injustices in these United States. ✊🏿❤️🖤💚 freedom

A frequent question that moms ask me is, "Should I make a birth plan?" I always say ✨️A B S O L U T E L Y ✨️

A birth plan DOES NOT🚫 have to be long and detailed. It can be short and concise while highlighting a few things that are the most important to you during labor & delivery.

Instead of having a wordy birth plan, make it visibly pleasing and easy to read so that your medical team can quickly gather the pertinent information from it.

When in doubt, plan it out‼️ If the plan doesn't work, change the plan, not the goal☺️
