February is Black History Month ✊🏿

Mental health stigma and systemic barriers can make it harder for many in the Black community to seek support. Let’s educate ourselves, check in on loved ones, and share trusted resources to create safer spaces for healing. 💛

If you or someone you know needs immediate, free, confidential support, text SHARE to 741741 to connect with a trained counselor at Crisis Text Line. 💬
