Increasing your vibration isn’t hard. Little things build you up. Smile, sit in the sun, eat foods you know are healthy, set an intention and complete it, simple little things throughout your day.

Take your chakras one at a time, I like to start at the root and work up. Pause with each, note where you have emotions or feelings coming up. Breathe through it and keep going….. work on each separate or spend time to go through them all, there’s no wrong way. It’s what is right for you that matters.
