Just wanted to hop on and give a brief update. We haven't disappeared, we haven't gotten better, we still need an A+ compatible liver.
We are just at a stand still. UAMS in Little Rock is still dragging their feet. 🙄 I(Miranda) have nothing nice to say about that place... but it is what it is...
Baylor, I think has everything they need to represent Wade's case to their board.
It's a whole lot of hurry up and wait. Patience isnt a virtue of either of ours!
So, in the meantime, please keep sharing us, keep encouraging those who are willing to be screened for living donation!
In the event that the Holidays make us all crazy and even busier than normal, may you all have a Happy Thanksgiving and have the Merriest Christmas! My hope is you spend it making everlasting memories!
