Last but certainly not least, the Recipient's Choice Award. This award has a very special meaning to us. This award is selected by one of our medical recipients and/or their family in certain circumstances to their favorite car of the show.

Joel Fager chose this 1966 Mustang as his pick to receive the Recipients Choice Award. All proceeds raised at our event go to our 5 medical expense recipients, with Joel being one of them. 100% stays local and when Mark Law from Topeka, KS, heard his story and the reason we do what we do - he stepped up in a big way and made a donation to our cause!

Thank you, Mark, for attending our show every year! We look forward to seeing you for the 18th Annual Hot Alma Nights Car Show next August!

The next award was our Kid's Choice Award. This award is select by the kids of our committee members that we put to work on Hot Alma Nights! We appreciate the help they give us the day of the event.

They chose this 1967 Chevelle owned by David Muir from St. George, KS. Thank you for bringing it to the show and hope to see you next year!

Something new we started two years ago was giving out 3 awards. Each one is unique and special in its own way. In the coming posts are our award winners for the 17th Annual Car Show!

First up is the Mayor's Choice Award - given by the City of Alma Mayor, Ken Smith.

Thank you, Darrin, for bringing your 1939 GMC to the show and we hope to see you next year!

Our final total car count for this year's event was 275 cars! Thank you all for another wonderful year! Stay tuned for more posts in the days to come about our award winners, raffle winners, etc.

We are so incredibly grateful for everyone that braved the heat and attended our event! Your presence alone means the world to us! Please drive home safely!

🚗🎉The Scott Berroth Memorial Cruise🎉🚗

Starts in 1 Hour ‼️ Meet in Courthouse Parking Lot

Led by Scott's family - Cruisers will head out to west at 5:00 p.m. to Alta Vista via Old K10 Rd. You will be able to see the restored Volland Store or Volland Schoolhouse along the way. In Alta Vista you can park to enjoy the city park or the main street. Homemade ice cream will be served in the park for a small cost.

Cruisers can venture on home from there, take K4 and Hwy 99 for the return to Alma or return via Old K10 to catch Skylar Schoenberg perform TONIGHT from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in Alma at the Brandt House !

Family fun event happening NOW. Swing by the vendors, grab yourself a drink, shaved ice or ice cream to cool off, a burger, signature tacos or ribs to satisfy those tastebuds. Lots of neat things to pick up that you won't find anywhere else other than 4TH Street until 5:00 p.m.

Face painting in the park for the kids or take a dip in the Alma City Pool!
