It’s happening! It’s really happening! The weather looks great for tonight. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket and I’ll do the rest. I will have some blankets available.
We will be gathering on the cliff just passed the boat launches look for the signs. The trail is a little rugged, but not too bad. Make sure you wear good shoes See you tonight!

Well, after looking at the weather, it looks like Tuesday night is going to be our best option so that it is not already being used, scorching hot, or holdsny chance of anyone getting hit by lightning lol
Tuesday, 08/12 meet me on the cliff overlooking the beautiful lake. Lay back and relax and let me take you on a sound journey designed to calm the nervous system and cultivate peace throughout your entire body.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket and look for the signs leading you to the cliff past the boat launch.

Sunrise yoga this morning did not disappoint. The sunrise was spectacular. Here is a little photo progression of that firey beauty. I did not edit these photos in any way- the sun really looked like that. (Thanks wildfires 🙄)

Sunrise yoga on the beach at 6 am! Bring a mat and a towel (sometimes the sand is damp) and join me for a 45 minute gentle yoga along the shore of Lake Huron.
