I still don't understand how these were even supposed to work. Anyway, did you know estrogen helps regulate immune cells and inflammation. After menopause, lower estrogen can contribute to joint and muscle pain, stiffness, and slower recovery. Two super common areas to be affected are the shoulders and hips.
