“I can’t have bread 🍞 , too many carbs, it’s bad for you.” “Just cut all carbs, you’ll lose weight”.
——LIES!—— There is no such thing as a “bad food”. 🙂↔️ There are foods that are higher in carbs, or calories, or sugar, or fat…. But they aren’t “bad”. Everything in moderation! If you want to truly enjoy food you eat, not feel deprived, and have a food filled life that you love- while being the healthiest version of yourself, it IS POSSIBLE! 🙌 I promise it is. Elimination diets are NOT necessary. Shots 💉aren’t generally necessary. Shame and deprivation and counting calories aren’t necessary! 🙂↔️ I’m here to help.
