Can I say something? Ok good,😆!
Sometimes, people (often women/moms) put a pressure on themselves to lose weight by a certain date , for a trip, ✈️ or for an event 💒 . While it can serve as good motivation- it can also REALLY mess with your mind 😖. Especially if you “fall short” or don’t lose that weight “on time”. Guess what? Spoiler alert‼️ ITS FINE! Yup. That event or trip or whatever it is-it’s. still. happening! 👏 And YOU, you are still going! And you’re gonna freakin’ LOVE ❤️ IT. You’re going to enjoy it, take pictures 📸, and enjoy your people. 🤩 Spring break trips are amongst us. ⛷️☀️ Life is short, and we never know when it’s our last trip, last event, last day! Only God knows. Okay… Soooo.. you didn’t lose 10, 15, 50 pounds. 🤷🏽♀️ I’d put money 💰 on it that your friends and family DO NOT care at all that you didn’t lose weight! 😅 They give ZERO effs about your weight!! They probably don’t even notice, or know you wanted to do that. Nope- they just want to have fun and make memories with you, especially kids! 😍 Kids want FUN and memories! At any size, time, and place. You deserve it, they deserve it. Have a BLAST! Swim, 🏊 👙 hike 🥾 , ride, fly, ski, jump, ORRRR do NOTHING at all. Make the memories, drink the beer 🍺, eat the pie 🥧! Relax 😎! Be kind to your mind and enjoy. We never get this day back! LIVE. IT. UP! Also, pleeeeease stop stressing now about “being bad, or eating bad” on spring break. Stop. Nope. Thats what vacation is FOR!! Promise! 🤩😙🥳 One ☝️ trip isn’t your whole life. No guilt allowed. None! It’s a time for fun and treats and doing what you feel like doing! Can I get a “hell yes”?! 🙌
