Tasty lunch or dinner idea. ππ€© High in flavor, veggies, and protein! Low on calories and fake crap! Use 1-2 cups of Any protein- I used leftover seared ahi tuna here. Add a chopped carrot π₯ , some frozen (thawed) edamame, cauliflower rice, π red pepper, πΆοΈ and ginger cucumbers π₯. I like wasabi mayo and a little extra Bachans on the side. SO GOOD! You could use chicken π , beef, pork, or firm tofu in place of the tuna. π£ I LOVE fish, so often use tuna. This tuna is from Walmart. Super inexpensive- cooks very quickly, great to keep around as they are individually frozen! π I marinated it in Bachanβs japenese bbq sauce, then rolled it in sesame seeds. I used a grill pan and grilled it 2 min on each side for seared rare. π Longer if you want it cooked through!
