When was your last physical? I am speaking of a full workup? I try to get my physical and visit a specialist depending on the area of body I’m concerned about yearly around my birthday. I know with the back log of appointments, it’s difficult to get seen right away.

This week was my first week to be truthful to myself without making excuses.
