When was your last physical? I am speaking of a full workup? I try to get my physical and visit a specialist depending on the area of body I’m concerned about yearly around my birthday. I know with the back log of appointments, it’s difficult to get seen right away.

Your health journey is one of those yo-yo 🪀 ride within life. We as women wear all the hats attempting to balance everything.

This week was my first week to be truthful to myself without making excuses.

👉🏾When have you gave yourself permission to cry😭, laugh 😂 out loud & be okay with being silly?

💥Your body have a feel good hormones called dopamine, endorphins & serotonin that you need to activate
