Sometimes a rhinoplasty can change the whole face. I was excited to see this beautiful patient of mine in the office more than 6 months after an open rhinoplasty! She wanted her nose to fit her face better overall. We removed her hump, improved her tip bulbosity, and improved her profile greatly.

Beautiful revision rhinoplasty results for this wonderful 32-year-old female patient who wanted a more refined nose. Her previous rhinoplasty had left her with an asymmetric tip with a saddle deformity (caved in portion above the tip of the nose). We improved her tip bulbosity and asymmetry, supported her nose, and repaired the saddle nose collapse, all the while improving her ability to breathe.

Striking results. This 29-year-old male patient underwent open rhinoplasty for cosmetic and functional purposes. Sometimes only a very small change is needed. For this case, it was important to keep the nose looking masculine based on the patient's desires. We took down a small hump and re-organized and refined the tip cartilages, in addition to helping him breathe better. He’s an avid tennis player and function was very important to him.

Wonderful result for this 23-year-old female patient in Atlanta. She wanted a more refined tip- less bulbous, slightly elevated. We also performed an otoplasty at the same time to reshape the ears. To achieve her results we used the following techniques:

Beautiful results from a younger female patient, in her 40s, who had recent weight loss and developed rapid aging and skin excess in the lower face and neck. I performed a deep plane facelift, deep structural neck lift with platysmaplasty, gland contouring, and direct fat excision (rather than liposuction) to achieve these results. She is now 3 months out from surgery and could not be more pleased.

Immediate on table results for this beautiful 22 year old patient who wanted a more refined nose. We performed a SCARLESS rhinoplasty to improve her tip bulbosity, take down her small hump, and support her droopy tip. This was performed in a closed fashion with no external scars other than those from the nostril narrowing portion of the procedure!
