With this beautiful open rhinoplasty we were able to refine this lovely patient's tip, remove her hump, and narrow the bridge of her nose. Can’t wait to see how she looks over the next few weeks/months!

- Bilateral lateral crural strut grafts
- Bilateral lateral crural steal
