UPDATE:
Thank you all my precious friends for praying for my Granddaughter. Your messages and calls mean the world. She has been moved to the FTU, Fitness Training Unit. She will be there for a maximum of 6 months before she can resume her training. Hoping to prevent surgery. Hoping to avoid medical discharge. You have asked how you can help? I know Caja feels very isolated and alone. If you would like to cheer her up and send her a get well card or a note of encouragement, i know she would love that. I can DM you her address. ❤️🤍💙🪖🙌

A revised poem i wrote 3 years ago. Happy birthday my precious girl.

Today is your birthday, oh how I wish you were here.
You would have been 43, a day to hold dear.

It would have come today and had been gone tomorrow.
This day begins with only memories
and my heart is filled with sorrow.

The sorrow is mine, but I know it's not yours.
This day finds you forever young,
with your destiny secure.

Secure in the truth, you now have streets of gold.
Your beauty preserved and you'll never grow old.

Rejoice my dear daughter,
and know that you're missed.
One day I'll be there,
to share in your bliss.

I continue the path and hold myself strong.
I continue to walk knowing one day, my pain will be gone.

Your daughter's celebrate this day and remember you well.
They lift their love to heaven,
where they know you now dwell.

Today I am blessed to know you're nearby.
Time will continue, each day, each week as the years pass by.

Asking for prayer for my Granddaughter, Caja. She is currently in Basic Training at Ft Leonard Wood, MO. I received word via her sister Tulasi, she has been injured. 2 bilateral pelvic fractures. I am asking prayers for a full and complete healing for her. She has been referred to FTU Fitness Training Unit. Jesus is Lord.🙏🏻🙌🕊

This is my daily routine/goal. I added prayer to #1 and walking to #5

BE BORING

1. Wake up at the same time daily.
1a Pray.
1b read your bible.
2. Drink water before your coffee.
3. Eat protein with every single meal.
4. Go to bed before 10 each night.
5. Lift weights three times a week.
5a. Walk daily.
6. Say “no” often and without guilt.
7. Take magnesium before bedtime.
