It is so important to bare witness to our own traumas. And it's equally if not more important to be held in a compassionate space where our trauma can be witnessed by another without judgment or the need to fix us.

I don't exactly know why & as someone who processes privately, I wish it weren't the case. But it is.

There is something about pain being held by the neutral light of another's eye that allows us to dissolve the pain.

There is so much energetic transformative power in the human eyes.

The physical eyes are a blueprint & portal to the spiritual eyes.

And what my eyes look at with loving compassion & divine neutrality, heals.

What my eyes look at through distortion, distorts.

This is why one glance by an ascended master, an enlightened being, a saint, can heal us.

Witness.
& be witnessed.

Our failure to recognize the steps & read the signs as they change with the times, our cowardice to say no to what looks like the "small" inconvenineces is exactly what leads to the repetion of history & crimes against humanity.

2021 has been a journey into the psychic labyrinth of our individual & collective underworlds.

It's not just that our shadows are breaking through to the surface for air, but also that we have been plunged into the dungeons of our psyche.

To meet our fragments & our forgotten prisoners.

Like Innana who descends to the depths of the underworld & is stripped down of all she thinks she is to enter the union of the "I am", this last year has been a similar journey of meeting & shedding our false selves.

2021, The Great Gutting.

A death.
Many deaths.
All the deaths.

Like childbirth,
a spiral with only one direction.
You must go in to get out.
You must descend to ascend.

A one path road where transformation, transition, & transmutation live.

Unlike a maze that has riddles to solve and choices to make, in the labyrinth you have nothing to do but face all your psychic debris, to look at your own rot, your own emptiness.

All you can do is keep going,
keep letting go.

There is only one way in,
one way out
& one center.
where in & out meet
& death lives.

A stripping down to bare naked truth.

annhilation.
falsehoods revealed,
dissolved.
All must be taken.

In this center I died a thousand deaths this year & offered my corpses to the earth.

Here i am in freeze.

So overwhelmed from the gutting of 2021, im frozen in some kind of funk.

No filter, hair a mess, no makeup (or maybe leftover eyeliner in one eye).

No motivation. No inspiration.

Just blah.
Just sad, sad blah.

SO MANY losses this year.
so SO many.

And the future of humanity looks horrific AF. So many more losses to come.

This year I spent 10 out of the 12 months in limbo.
Couch surfing between family homes.

my life razed
left my parents,
my siblings,
my grandmother,
my cousins,
my home,
my diasporic land,
my only 2 friends left in LA.

lost friendships,
lost plans,
lost hope,
lost communty,
lost BIPOC,
lost state,
lost city.
lost.

Self-exiled.
Betrayed.
Rejected.
Pushed out.
Evicted.

I ran from "liberal" California for a 3rd world military dictatorship.

Because my children are freer here.
Safer here.
Alhamdulillah.

& I'm finally admitting I'm devasted because it's possible to be sad & grateful at the same time.

I ain't gonna fight it.
I'm not gonna deny it.
& I'm tired of adding layers of guilt & shame to my feelings.

Yes I'm beyond privileged.
But privilege doesn't cancel out human feelings.
I can't trade one for another.

I've become diaspora in my ancestral land from my diasporic land.

& I'm grateful & broken,
heartful & shattered,
all at the same time.

And it's ok. I'll be ok.
But for now I'm going to be blah sad
while I Praise The Most High 🤲🏾😥

One month post our episode w/the disease that cannot be named, we all get infected by ring worm from our new kitten Basbousa, the one on the left. Georgio Vitaly is the kitten on the right & never developed ring worm.

My daughter who had zero symptoms from the disease that can't be named got a horrendous, itchy, painful breakout of ring worm from the cat all over her body. The ring worm infection turned out waaaayyyy worse for my kids than you know who a month ago.

For this reason we decided to do our part for humanity & help eradicate ring worm from the face of the earth by applying the same public health measures for the disease that can't be named to our zero-ring worm campaign at home.*

Here is what we will be doing*:
•Each member of the household, including the cats, will be isolated & confined indefinitely. The best way to avoid transmission is to cut any contact off between us & the world for good. Even though Vitaly is asymptomatic, he too will be isolated because you never know, the asymptomic superspreaders are the worst!

The cats & the kids will be offered food thru a window, kind of like you know prison cells, & they will never be petted, stroked or played with again. Ring worm spreads quickly & has devasted the household so better just to never touch the cats or each other from now on.

•Each member will be required to wear clothes over our breathing holes, including the cats. B/c fungus also lives in the gut & can be transferred through saliva. Too risky.

•Each member including the cats,will be required to wear fully body protection b/c the fungul spores live on the skin, so we can't take any chances.

•Everyone, including the cats, will be required to get weekly injections of an experimental anti-fungal. Fungi are super intelligent so we need to give boosters every week if we want to eradicate this fungus completely. Anyone who refuses will not eat.

•Once the humans have healed we'll start regrouping again but stand 6 feet apart from each other. Don't worry we'll never get closer than 6 feet & the cats will never be in our presence again.

I know it's a lot but its a small sacrifice for the greater good.✊🏽

Upgrades are initiations. So like all initiations you have to go through uncomfortable seemingly impossible challenges to level up.

You can't get to the next level of the video game without passing through the challenges of the one before.

The trials & difficulties of the initiation are brought to you by none other than your higher self & your heaven's team.

Because your ego personality can't see the whole story, your purpose or your destiny, it will experience the leveling up as pain, maybe even suffering.

When you can rest in the truth that even though you might not like whats happening, heaven brought you to exactly where you are right now to bring you closer to your destiny.
Then the elevation of your soul & the changes in your material reality happen quickly, powerfully & in accordance w/ divine decree.

If you resist the change & refuse to move through it, your heaven's team will increase the discomfort, pain & suffering. Your angels will make things difficult & miserable till you accept its time to change.

Your higher self will collude with your heaven's team to fire you from your job, break up a relationship, give you a sickness & do whatever it takes to being you to your highest purpose & destiny.

The more you resist, the harder & slower the leveling up gets.

The more you follow the signs, embrace the call & go with the flow, the easier, quicker & more supported the process is.

Surrendering means to surrender to that which we don't like, not just that which our ego approves.

And surrendering is where & when miracles happen-- when the entire universe & your heaven's team will conspire to support you.

I realized that people under the c○V!D spell assume inherit goodness on the side of the ruling class & their systems.

Whereas people awake to the agendas of the ruling class assume inherit goodness of the human spirit & mal-intent in the apparatuses of power.

Those still plugged into the matrix & following the group will be lost with them as they self-destruct.

Unplug from the matrix before it collapses.

Let's define evil: Evil is a parasitic energy, a consciousness that feeds off the energy of another thru manipulation & deceipt.

It's solely extractive.
It only takes.
And gives only to receive.

The giving will always be thru distortion, manipulation & lying.

Distortion & deceipt are part of the archetype of evil b/c when it has your mind & your perception, it has your soul.

And your soul is what it ultimately wants.

The thing about evil is it needs your consent to manipulate & extract from you.

Meaning, you have choice.
You have will power.

You have the power, authority & obligation to consent & refuse.

Choosing or refusing evil is part of your soul contract as a human being.

Evil must be confronted & refused.
NOT saying "no" is consenting to it.

W/ evil, non-consent requires explicit rejection. It's not enough to ignore it, pretend it' not there or just not believe in it.

You must declare "I choose God."

If you don't want to feed evil, you MUST exercise your will power, your human birthright & make the conscious choice to not comply or collude with evil, whether it emerges from within or without.

Declare your refusal out loud & in your heart: "NO! I do not consent. I do not comply. I belong only to My Creator."

Evil is a spiritual fact; expressed in ALL spiritual traditions thru similar stories.

All traditional cosmologies have a satan like consciousness that is often a personified being & always a part of the organization of the human experience.

You're not crazy when you sense something may be evil. That is your soul speaking to you.

You can sense evil because you have a capacity for it too. We all do.

It's part of the human experience & why you are here-- to find out who you are.

Do you collude with evil?

We all have potential to submit to the evil within.
