She carefully examines the unique constellation of factors that have led to their health challenges and utilizes a wide range of functional laboratory testing (including comprehensive GI testing, comprehensive nutritional testing (ION, NutrEval), hormone testing, adrenal testing as well as heavy metal (and other blood testing) to help pinpoint certain key areas of concern and develops a bespoke step-by-step dietary and lifestyle protocol to help clients regain ownership of their health and become the healthiest versions of themselves.

Have you ever really looked forward to taking a supplement because it just made you feel so good?⁣

This tangerine flavoured full spectrum turmeric shot certainly fits the bill.⁣

It tastes amazing and is in micellar encapsulation to ensure you get maximum benefit from each shot.⁣

While we love making homemade pizza, once in a while I would purchase a commercial product that would be sparsely covered in cheap toppings and full of yucky additives (this includes the pricier options too!). ⁣

Not a particularly proud parenting moment, but a very truthful one I think many can relate to... especially under current circumstances where time spent cooking in the kitchen has increased exponentially😳⁣

No more substandard pizzas here though! ⁣

Today I want to share with you my recent favourite find from .⁣

A wood fired sourdough pizza base with tomato.⁣
⁣
This means you can have a delicious and healthy pizza base when ever you need with all toppings you want (we always go crazy and weigh the base down😂!)⁣

Chorizo, anchovies, onions, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, olives, herbs, tuna, capers, etc etc etc! ⁣

The bases are very reasonably priced and a fun, healthy and quick dinner for even a large family. ⁣

To my total delight, my favourite peach and mango flavoured omega 3 liquid supplement from now even includes vitamin D. ⁣

It tastes so good that I could literally eat it by the cup full (which is not recommend, obviously. You can get too much of a good thing😉)⁣

Same impressive crowds after WW2.⁣

You could feel through those photos the visceral memories of pain and loss inflicted through the horrors of war.⁣

I feel we are now coming to a point where our collective memory of war is fading along with our understanding that fundamental rights and protections were fraught for fiersly and protected by these brave souls.⁣

How do we honour those who gave up their lives to protect ours?! ⁣

We must continue to fight to protect our rights and honour their memory, even if they are nameless to us now. ⁣

Homemade coleslaw is genius.⁣

It has an amazing ability to transform a mediocre meal into something a little bit more special.⁣
⁣
Not only is it great at balancing out strong flavours and boosting vegetable intake, but most conveniently, it can be made from veggies that might be lingering in your fridge waiting for their purpose 😋⁣
⁣
While the veggies I use depends entirely on what happens to be in my fridge, it is typically a combination of cabbage, carrots, celery, and onion.⁣
⁣
After chopping up the veggies to your preferred consistency, just add the following:⁣
⁣
Mayonnaise (approx. 1 heap Tbs. Preferably choose a product that uses a high quality cold pressed oil, but just get the best one yo can find. does a nice one with avocado oil)⁣
⁣
Wholegrain mustard (1tsp)⁣
⁣
Vinegar (1 tsp. I usually use Raw ACV)⁣
⁣
Brown sugar (a pinch)⁣
⁣
Salt & pepper (to taste)⁣
⁣
Dill (sprinkle)⁣
⁣
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your hands (you can use food grade gloves if you prefer).⁣
⁣
While I usually just eyeball the measurements, a little mayo does go a long way, so start with a bit and add more after mixing if needed.⁣
⁣
Massaging the ingredients together by hand really helps to blend the flavours together beautifully. ⁣
⁣
Serve immediately or keep in the fridge. ⁣
⁣
Enjoy! ⁣
