3. Eating more fruits and vegetables helps with weight loss because they are low in calories and high in fiber, which helps you feel full while consuming fewer calories.

4. Drinking more water helps with weight loss because it keeps you hydrated, reduces hunger, and can prevent overeating by making you feel full.

5. Avoiding sugary drinks helps with weight loss because they are high in empty calories and can lead to weight gain when consumed in excess
