What can I say sometimes our worlds collide?

I do have a lot of you that reach out to me here requesting insight on how to help the elders in your lives and I’m always happy to help!!

To be honest, none of us are getting out of the aging game and this little six step course that I’m offering for free through my work can help you put your aging process in perspective and get some things in order.

I know it seems like a silly thing for the younger generation, but please start getting proactive with your parents and grandparents and have some conversation soon.

Even normalizing a conversation with your neighbor next-door who you very well might find down in their yard one day?? Do you know who to call or what they would want you to do?

I have been taking myself on the most fun and interesting adventures in the last few seasons.

Thyme-this is not just for your pasta sauce!!

This is one of the first things I turned into whenever I have the beginning of a cold or a scratchy throat.

So many people think you need to have an apothecary filled with unique things, but this common kitchen herb can usually be found dried in any spice section or even fresh near your salads in the herb section

I’m here for all the advice, input and feedback you have to offer on markets from my Market Queens out there!????!!? I’m here to learn!

I made a goal to do one event every month to get myself out of comfort zone.

While my “day job” limits weekly commitments I am seeing a shift and merge in some ways. I’m so grateful for all the local love, support and genuine conversations and connections that have come my way this season.

Why did no one give me a chainsaw before now??

Talk about a rewarding afternoon. When we talked about goals for the morning, I said I was gonna hug that sycamore tree by the end of the day… it was indeed hugged!! 🤗 🌳 🤗

However, much to my surprise, it took two of us to wrap our arms around it. It’s quite magnificent when you remove all the stupid crap around the base.

Wonder what tree I can hug next?!? I like this game! Goodbye, invasive species, and hello trees!!

Anybody got any clearing tips or tricks for me??

It’s Farm Friday!!!

All the little tasks start taking a bit of shape into the big picture 🤩

Super grateful for this 10in chainsaw! I freakin love this thing!!! Makes a small gal capable of big things!!

Settings goals by hugging one tree at a time. Nice to meet you Sycamore, so big it took two of us for the celebratory hug!! 🤗 🌳 🤗
