We’re so grateful to Jordan Stevens-Davis from Walmart Altoona - 8th St SW for generously providing gift bags for all of our residents. Each bag was filled with cozy blankets, socks, and thoughtful little trinkets that brought so many smiles and moments of joy.

Our Cocoa, Carols & Cookies Party was the perfect way to celebrate the season together. From enjoying a cozy hot cocoa bar and decorating cookies to singing along to festive carols, the evening was filled with laughter, creativity, and holiday spirit. Special thank you to Affinity Care Hospice and Grace Estates Adult Day Center for helping us host this event!

Thank you to everyone who joined us, friends, family, and neighbors, to make the night so warm and joyful. These are the moments that truly make the season special. What a way to close out 2025 - we can't wait for more moments like this in 2026!💚🎄

Our Community Relations Directors had a wonderful time at the annual ornament event hosted by Cornerstone Caregiving, Next Level Senior Advisors, St. Croix Hospice, and the Polk County Healthcare Provider Network.
