Today is November 10, 2020, it's suppose to be cold this time of year here in West Virginia, but it was a shorts wearing day! The sun was warm on my face and so bright in the beautiful blue sky. But it too shall pass. The rain will start tonight. Here lately, I've been finding joy in making bath bombs! They smell so good and relaxing with the essential oils. [ 42 more words ]

Tuesday's my husband and I weigh in. We have been on a weight loss journey. My husband has lost 40+ pounds! He's doing great! Me, on the hand, am having a difficult time losing weight. I have several illness that's hindering my weight loss, but I don't give up! It truly is what all about what you put in your body.

As I sit outside to let my dog Katie run around, I can't help but think about the cold days ahead. This time of year has always been hard on my immunity. I have always seemed to get bronchitis this time of year, except for the last few years! I started eating healthier and exercising, thank to my daughter for helping me. [ 159 more words ]
