At Easy Thoughts, we specialize in trauma-informed care — including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. This powerful, evidence-based approach helps people process and heal from traumatic memories and emotional distress.

🕊️ Memorial Day Weekend Reflection 🕊️

This Memorial Day Weekend, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their courage and sacrifice are the foundation of the freedoms we hold dear.

Outside the Texas Panhandle War Memorial, a powerful traveling memorial is currently on display — a solemn tribute reminding us of the deep human cost of war. It invites us not only to remember the fallen but to reflect on the ongoing emotional impact military service can have on veterans, families, and communities. This will only be here for the weekend so please come out.

At Easy Thoughts, we recognize that grief, trauma, and memory are deeply personal, especially for those who have served or lost loved ones in military service. This weekend, as we honor our heroes, we also want to extend our support to anyone struggling with painful emotions that may surface during this time.

You are not alone. If this season brings up difficult memories or emotions, please reach out. Healing is possible, and we are here for you.
