Things I’m officially not bringing into the New Year — and I don’t want you to either:
❌ “I’ll start over Monday / January / after I fix myself.”
You don’t need a reset. You need self-trust.
❌ Chugging water like it’s a punishment.
Hydration is great. Forcing gallons while ignoring electrolytes and digestion? Hard pass. (Yes, salt belongs here.)
❌ “Mantras are cheesy and don’t work.”
Tell that to the one that helped me shed weight and rebuild my relationship with my body over the last two years.
Your thoughts create your actions. Period. ✨
❌ Cheat days. Refeeds. Cuts. Bulks.
Let’s be honest — most of this is just restriction and binge cycles dressed up in gym language. I’m done pretending it’s empowering.
❌ Food freedom = eating everything all the time.
Nope. It means you could… but you choose what, when, and how much actually feels good in your body.
(And yes — ice cream stays invited.)

Oh please. I can care about my body, my goals, and dismantle the patriarchy before lunch.
