Happy Friday everyone!
It is time to choose the Adoptable Pet of the week.

“Dax is about 6 months old (DOB: 6/19/2025). He is kind of a duke's mixture when it comes to breeds. We do know he has Labrador Retriever in that mix. Dax's coat coloring is tan with 3 different colors on his face (brown/black/white), then white on chest and tummy. Dax was born at our shelter; his mother is named Sugar. Dax is quiet, crate trained and an active little guy. He will be medium to large in size when grown. Dax likes men, women and children, and is good with other dogs. He needs more training in commands; like listening for direction. He loses interest quite easily. Dax is pretty good on a leash. He needs a home with someone who has time for him, who can give him love and attention. Amarillo SPCA, 11901 S. Coulter. 806-622-0555. Shelter is open Tues.-Sat. from 12 to 5 p.m.”

This handsome young man is now residing in the kitty kat condos at Petsmart. Friendly with other animals with proper introduction. Enjoys playtime , exploring all the nooks and crannies in your home and watching the world go by on a safe perch.

Meet Miss Soxie — the sweet and stylish little lady with one adorable white sock, which inspired her name! Maybe she’s like Cinderella, just waiting to find her perfect match 💕

Soxie is treat-motivated and eager to please. She’s working on her potty training and doing great with kennel time at night, though she can get a bit anxious during the day. She loves to play with her foster sibling and warms up quickly to people once she gets to know them. Her favorite time of day is snuggle time — especially on cool mornings and cozy evenings.

Hello! First Friday of November. Time to choose the adoptable pet of the week. I am featuring two today!
“We are now accepting applications for Romeo and Juliet! They will be available for adoption in two weeks. They can go separately or together.
These cuties are not related.They have only known each other about a month, but get along great.Both are chihuahuas around 2 yrs old, and crate trained. Both enjoy going outside. Both get along well with other dogs. unknown around cats.
Romeo is a sweet boy in general, but in true chi fashion he can react out of fear, as he does not like being cornered. Therefore, he is probably not a good fit with small children.
He loves toys, and to cuddle with his person.
Juliet is the more vocal of the two. She is very sweet.She loves to be with her person. Good with older kids , but unknown around small children.

She has a short coat that is mostly white, with some light brown areas. Lady is an active girl, who is very sweet. She is good around other dogs.
