While our Emergency Room remains fully open, the main Emergency Room entrance will be closed starting Monday, April 20, 2026, due to parking lot renovations.

➡️ Please use the alternative ER entrance, highlighted in red in the image.

Our Emergency Room remains fully open and here to care for you and your loved ones throughout this project. This alternative entrance will remain in place until construction is completed. Please be mindful when arriving, as posted signage will help direct and guide you through this temporary change.

Rylee’s career at BSA began in 2019 as a therapy tech, and she knew she wanted to return as a clinician after earning her degree. Since rejoining the team as an occupational therapist, she’s grown her confidence, leadership, and clinical skills, while doing work that truly matters.

She finds purpose in supporting her patients through some of their most challenging moments. “The best part of my day is helping patients move their bodies and adapt to their environments, even when they may be at the lowest point in their lives.”

Employee of the Month – April 2026 🌟

We’re proud to recognize Caitlin for her incredible commitment to patient care and for truly making a life‑changing difference. 💙

While reviewing a CT scan, Caitlin noticed a potentially life‑threatening finding and didn’t hesitate to speak up. She ensured the patient remained on-site, immediately collaborated with the radiologist and helped guide the patient safely to the Emergency Department — where emergency surgery soon followed.

What makes this moment even more meaningful is what came next. The following day, Caitlin checked back in on the patient. The patient’s family expressed deep gratitude, knowing that her attentiveness, advocacy and quick action had changed everything.

Caitlin’s actions are a powerful reminder that speaking up, paying close attention and caring deeply truly can save lives. She exemplifies what it means to look out for one another and deliver care with skill, courage and heart.

Congratulations, Caitlin, and thank you for setting such an inspiring example for us all! 🎉🏆
