❄️🌕 Snow Moon Virtual Women’s Circle 🌕❄️

February’s full moon is known as the Snow Moon! ❄️
A moon that rises during the deepest part of winter,
when the land is quiet and life is gathering beneath the surface.

Across ancient cultures, this time of year invited people (especially women) to gather indoors.
To sit by the warm fire.
To share stories.
To rest, listen & tend to one another.

Winter was never meant to be done alone.

On Sunday, 2/1 from 5–7pm, Amanda and I are gathering inside Modern Moms Village for a women’s circle honoring this time to be together.

A space to:
✨ slow down
✨ soften the body and nervous system
✨ be witnessed without fixing
✨ release what’s heavy
✨ remember you’re held

We’ll weave together reflection & shared presence, guided by the wisdom of the season and the moon.

❄️ Winter at Camaraderie ❄️

This season, I’ll be teaching three types of classes: Basics, Slow Flow & Unwind. Each designed to support your body, mind & energy in ways that feel grounding, nourishing & aligned with the winter season. I am looking to weave together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, yoga philosophy, storytelling & seasonal practices to explore and support the whole self.

✨ Schedule & Class Offerings this week:

• Saturday 1/3 | 9:00 AM — Basics
Great way to start your weekend grounded and steady. A class for all levels… whether you’re newer to yoga or experienced, we’ll explore foundational poses in depth, linking breath, alignment & awareness to feel strong, centered & embodied.

• Sunday 1/4 | 4:30 PM — Unwind
An opportunity to melt into your Sunday evening with this slow-flow and restorative practice. We’ll explore breathwork, guided meditations, Yoga Nidra elements & winter-inspired touches like cozy, grounding practices and seasonal wisdom to help you release tension, reconnect & rest fully.

• Monday 1/5 | 7:15 PM — Slow Flow
A great way to move into the week with slow, mindful flow. We’ll link breath and movement to release tension, awaken energy & create steadiness in the body and mind.

• Friday 1/9 | 4:30 PM — Slow Flow
Away to end your week with a slow-flow practice designed to settle the body and mind. We’ll blend winter-inspired movement & breath to leave you grounded, nourished & ready for the weekend.

Each class has its own flavor, so whether you’re looking to unwind on Sunday, move on Friday afternoon, start your weekend with intention, or reset for the week on Monday, there’s a place for you here. Come as you are. ❄️

I’m excited to invite you to a three-part Yoga Sutra immersion for anyone who’s felt curious about yoga beyond the poses.

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali help us explore the inner world our thoughts, patterns, perceptions & the path toward clarity, freedom & self-understanding.

In this immersion, we’ll explore the Sutras in a way that’s both intellectual and experiential.
We’ll read and unpack key sutras together, reflect through guided dialogue & move into short, embodied practices so the teachings aren’t just understood… they’re felt.

• Session 1 — Foundations & Introduction
An overview of the Yoga Sutras and core teachings from Book 1

• Session 2 — The Eight Limbs: The Outer Practices
Yamas, Niyamas, Asana, and Pranayama—and how these show up in real life

Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi—explored gently and accessibly

There’s something truly magical about inviting women to gather in our circle. ✨ Every time we come together, it feels like we were meant to be in the same space! Meant to hear each other’s words, to see one another, to witness and hold each other. ✨✨✨

Tonight, inspired by the coming full Wolf Moon, we connected to our inner landscapes and allowed the moon to illuminate the themes meant for us in this season of winter! 🌕❄️ Together we explored themes of stillness, reflection, endurance, rest, conservation & the quiet strength that comes from being in the pack, honoring the time when growth isn’t always visible.

I am so grateful for the women who show up with such openness, intention & heart. Every circle reminds me that connection, presence & witnessing each other are gifts we give not only to ourselves but to the world around us. ✨💕✨

And in the middle of all of that, our practice becomes a place to land.
A rhythm.
A returning.

Yoga reminds us that consistency doesn’t have to be rigid… it can be a quiet anchor, a moment of breath in a busy season, a way to stay connected to ourselves and to one another in meaningful ways.

✨ The Invisible Threads That Connect Us ✨
Have you ever noticed how your children sense what you’re feeling? Sometimes even before you say a word?

The energy in our homes moves quietly, weaving invisible threads that connect us to our children. When we pause, breathe & come back to our own balance, we’re not fixing anything but we’re modeling something powerful: awareness, presence & emotional safety.

I was inspired to write a blog post about The Invisible Threads That Connect Us where I explore how our energy in motherhood ripples into our homes, shaping connection, harmony & the way we navigate life’s challenges.

It’s not about doing it perfectly. It’s about remembering that our children feel us, and when we step into our own awareness, we empower them (and ourselves) to move through life with presence and awareness.
