something i’ve been noticing lately…
when life starts to feel really fast-paced, it can take a lot of mental energy just to keep up with everything
and i’ve noticed how easy it is to get stuck in my head because of that
i brought that into my yoga practice today
and by the end, after movement and breath, we softened enough to drop back in
not to “fix” the mind or make everything clearer
but to reconnect with something underneath it
the heart
intuition
that quieter space that’s always there
it doesn’t remove the mental load
but it reminds me that not everything has to be solved through thinking
there’s another way to meet life
one that isn’t only logic 💗
