- Hand positions and techniques for self-healing and supporting others.
- Ways to create a simple, nourishing daily Reiki practice.
- What to expect after your attunement, and how to integrate Reiki into everyday life.
By the end of this class, you will receive a Usui Reiki Level 1 certification and leave with a deepened connection to Reiki energy.
