I was so proud and honored to be a part of the Lowrider Stamp-drop celebration at the main Post office in San Francisco yesterday. Shout out to my longtime Homie and Bay Area Lowrider legend, Roberto Hernandez for the invite. And a huge shout out to Alberto “Beto Mendoza”, the super talented photographer, who has spent a lifetime capturing the Lowrider culture on camera. His photo of me at my warehouse in Emeryville CA is my all time favorite, and the one I chose for the self bio on my Homies Retrospective book. Alberto is of the most humble talents I have ever met. I shared with him my feelings on us leaving a legacy on this world long after we are gone. He seemed overwhelmed by all the attention this stamp release has gotten him. He has earned that with his United States Postal Service collection. Congratulations Beto! I’m so proud of you… and I believe I speak for all the whole Lowrider community when I say “thank you”. Oh yes… and I got my signed poster and stamps… compliments of Roberto, a driving force in making all this happen. What a memorable day for us three tired OG’s to share.

Eye of the Thorn collection 🌿

My amazing co-designer Ana created this collection back in November, and I’m just getting around to posting it now. The main colorway she chose is this deep forest green, but there are also purple and red versions for each design.

I really love this collection because it feels gothy but still very natural and foresty. It’s kind of like naturecore with an edge, which combines two aesthetics I really love. 🖤
