We are evolving and we are giving our Mobility class a fresh, new name. The class day and time will remain the same.

Mobility is in the forefront of the fitness world these days. When we hear about mobility, it is most notably, movement within the joints. Mobility gives us the ability to move purposefully throughout our day, and enables us to do the activities we need and enjoy performing- walking, climbing stairs, biking, hiking, running, golfing, gardening, swimming, and, of course, yoga! In βMobility Yogaβ, we emphasize the two complex ball and socket joints in our body- the shoulder and hip joints- and then we also work throughout the rest of our body to access the feet, ankles, knees, spine, wrists, hands, and neck. Come and experience the strength, balance, coordination, and stamina that comes with moving through our range of motion in a healthy way. This is a non-heated room, a light-hearted environment, where we provide modifications for all our unique needs. Our soundtrack/playlist will include music with a chill, atmospheric vibe.
