There will be cookies, drinks and music! The dance is free and costumes are encouraged but feel free to wear whatever you want!

Yesterday was the bowling competition in Ames! We had lots of athletes compete and play very well! Great job to everyone who competed!

Yesterday and today we competed at the Fall Classic! We had athletes compete in flag football, volleyball and pickleball! Congratulations to all athletes who competed!

This space will be such a blessing for SO many and we want you all to share in our EXCITEMENT!!!

The day I enrolled in Medicaid, I arrived at the welfare office carrying a designer bag.
