After an initial consultation to build your wellness program, an agreed plan of action will be implemented with your essential input to meet your goals. 💖Join us as we have a conversation about Self-Love and Self-Care and learn some ways we can incorporate these vital practices into our daily lives. In this interactive session we will talk about what these phrases mean, what stands in the way, and the benefits of a more loving attitude toward ourselves.

We'll also have some wonderful self-love and self-care experiences!

Massage therapist and lymphedema specialist, My Soul & Body Massage Therapy, Allison Flanagan, LMT, CLT, will demonstrate some soothing lymphatic massage techniques we can perform on ourselves for relief of stress and to keep our lymphatic system in tip-top shape.

Janice Anderson, a Holistic Nurse and hypnotherapist, (as well as NBCR board member and founder of InsideOut Wellness and Thermography Center LLC, http://www.insideoutthermography.com/ ) will lead us in a beautiful Self-Love guided meditation!

This session is facilitated by Dina Crawford, President and Co-Founder of NBCR.
