My Pondered Thoughts:
A perfect day doesnโ€™t always mean everything feels perfect.
Sometimes someone says something that stirs something in you, but you take a breath, stay present, and choose not to spiral.

Maybe thatโ€™s what a perfect day really isโ€ฆ finding peace even when something tries to shake it.

I finally have my silk set up in my art studio, and whenever I can, I take breaks here. Thereโ€™s something grounding about how it hugs me, how it reminds me to slow down and breathe.

There was a time I had to learn to love myself before I could receive healthy love. Part of that journey was rediscovering myself through art. Creating helped me heal, reflect, and become whole on my own. That inner work changed the way I choose love.
Romantic love is beautiful, but itโ€™s strongest when it begins with self-respect.
