Four Red Flags Your Nutritiionist Doesn't Know What They're Doing:
1. They hand you a strict list of "allowed" and "forbidden" foods.
2. They give you another list of "good" and "bad" foods.
3. You're put on a rigid eating schedule, with specific times and a fixed number of meals.
4. They forbid you from eating bread, sweets, and chocolate.
Yep, that's four red flags. Each one is a dead giveaway that instead of a real understanding of the human body, you're getting outdated "scientific" dogma. Instead of a plan designed for your unique life, you're getting a cookie-cutter formula that forces everyone into the same box and preaches only one "right way."
Don’t fall into this trap; lifestyle changes take time. Restrictive diets only set you up for failure. Once they are done, you will gain the weight back and then some. Get healthy on your terms, timeframe, and lifestyle choices. There is no magic formula; make changes that allow you to live your best life.
