This is 50

I did not arrive here with all the answers.
I arrived with better questions,
and the courage to keep asking them.

50 is not a narrowing.
It is an opening.

It is the laugh lines and the scars,
the softness and the strength,
the way I’ve learned to love myself through both.

It’s the way I’ve learned to accept love from the hearts that know, love is not a weapon, or a weakness .
It is a brilliance you do not have to squint from, because the right eyes want to see your light.

I no longer measure myself
against timelines that were never mine.

I no longer chase perfection.
I sit with the knowing,
perfection is in perspective.

I invite peace,
I allow joy.

50 is not smaller, it’s wider.
It’s not heavier, it’s lighter.
It’s roots deep in the earth,
and wings catching new wind.

I am clearer,
I am braver,
I am more myself than ever before.

Not because I’ve finished
but because I’ve finally arrived.

To whom it may concern has alway been me!
to me, for me and love me.

No amount of candles , wishes or eyelashes blown to the wind can ever give me what I can give myself.

Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

A closing, a beginning, all built on belief and emotion. But there are rules to this game.
 This eclipse unfolds in Pisces, ruled by Jupiter’s faith and Neptune’s dream , though Neptune is still searching for renewal, not yet fully arrived.
 It may feel heavy, tender, like endings catching up to you.
Yet even in the ache, intuition swells.

My love of card readings is where I really began my healing for others and will always hold a special place in my heart. With over 20 decks in my library, it is guaranteed you will connect with one and there will be a message waiting for.

Card readings range from 30 mins - one hour and 30 mins.

Personalized Crystal Grids and Crystal Prescriptions

The beauty and healing in crystals is something that has been with me since childhood. My grandmother wore a Garnet bracelet that I was drawn to more than a chocolate chip cookie and for a kid, thats a really big deal. Later I would find out that garnet purifies the heart and represents love. It revitalizes feelings and helps bring sincerity and trust into a relationship, which I found funny because as I grew older I realized these were things I felt I was lacking and in need of. The bracelet was lost before her passing, but the need for garnet remained. To honor her, and my heart I went to a favorite crystal spot and made my own garnet necklace. It seemed appropriate to wear it around my heart.

Now, I am not saying the necklace brought my true love, but soon after, there he was!!!

Crystals are a great tangible gift for yourself and others. They speak to us on a very personal level and offer secrets in their every facet.

I offer personal crystal "prescriptions" to help maintain healing in between sessions.

In home/ office clearings as well as Crystal Feng Shui is a great way to move out what is no longer serving us and allow for abundance and love to flow in.

I can tell you, I was not! I was always showing up with yesterdays garbage and tomorrows woes that hadn't happened yet.

I was creating a space of chaos where it didn't need to live. Where it wasn't living until I brought it in and unpacked it in some cases.

We create these patterns and then we blame the pattern.

As a Mindful Life Coach, it is my job to remind you life is happening right now... What are the thoughts you are having right now? Are they for everyones highest good? Are you showing up with todays fresh light or yesterdays dark skies? The techniques taught are literally life changing the MOMENT you activate it.
