We’re holding space this week for anyone who’s carrying more than usual right now.
Grief. Anger. Fear. Fatigue. Confusion. It’s a lot.
This gathering is an invitation to pause together. Not to bypass what’s happening, but to tend your nervous system so you can stay in it.
We’ll settle in with gentle guidance and sound to help your body soften, your breath deepen, and your mind find a little steadiness. You don’t need to arrive calm or hopeful. Just as you are is enough.
This is a free, donation-based offering. Instead of directing funds to one place, we’re inviting you to support mutual aid and human rights efforts that resonate with you personally.
If you’re not sure where to start, use standwithminnesota.com as a resource to guide your contribution, whether it’s towards immigration justice, community defense, legal aid, or other work calling for urgent care.
For us, this gathering is rooted in a simple belief:
Caring for ourselves and caring for one another are not separate from taking action.
They inform each other.
