Whether it's Zumba or Hip Hop, Bokwa or PiYo, all I know is that no matter what fitness format I'm doing, I am in my glory! These past few years since getting back into the fitness world I have never felt better...and I've met some pretty fantastic people along the way :-) Take a class with me and I guarantee you'll have the time of your life!
