I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and am fully licensed and insured to practice therapeutic massage in the State of Connecticut. I am trained in a variety of techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Active Isolated Stretching. I believe that YOU hold the key to your own health and wellness.
