Meet Erika! With 20+ years in the dental world as an office manager and billing pro, she’s a total expert at supporting clients and making them feel right at home. We welcome her to our administrative team as a family care coordinator. She loves getting to know families and helping however she can. When she’s not keeping things running smoothly, you’ll find her cheering on the Miami Dolphins 🐬, cooking up something delicious, or enjoying the sunshine in Lake Havasu with her husband. ☀️🏖️We’re lucky to have her on the Infinity Kids team! 💙We asked her a few questions to get to know her better, and here is what she had to say:

What interests you most about your profession?
The satisfaction of seeing a happy client and being a part of helping them through their journey brings me so much joy.

What is your favorite part about being on the admin team?
I love to help clients understand their benefits and ease nervousness that some families may have.

📣 Meet Maria Flores Zapien, our amazing new Speech-Language Pathologist at Infinity Kids! 💬✨Maria is passionate about helping children find their voice and connect with the world around them. With specialties in AAC, articulation, and language development—and a heartfelt dedication to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum—Maria brings both expertise and empathy to every session. 💙
She believes in a team approach, working hand-in-hand with families to create personalized, empowering therapy experiences. We asked Maria a few questions to get to know her better, and here is what she had to say:

What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active and practicing Portuguese!

What interests you most about your profession?
The ability to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by helping them find ways to communicate effectively. Whether it’s working with individuals on the autism spectrum, supporting clients through AAC, or helping someone improve their articulation and language skills, the opportunity to empower others through communication is incredibly rewarding.

What is your favorite part about being a therapist?
My favorite part about being a therapist is the opportunity to build meaningful, collaborative
relationships with my clients and their families. It’s incredibly rewarding to help individuals overcome communication challenges and see them gain confidence in their ability to express themselves. I also love the diversity of the work every client’s journey is unique, and it’s fulfilling to find creative, personalized ways to support their progress.
