C.W. Driver Companies employees recently came together for our annual Companywide Meeting to reflect on a year of achievement and growth. We celebrated standout project completions, welcomed an exciting slate of new work, and recognized the many employee anniversaries and well-deserved promotions that continue to strengthen our organization.
This year, we also partnered with the NEGU Foundation to assemble 1,000 Joy Jars for children fighting cancer, an effort that reflects our commitment to supporting the communities we build for.
Our people remain the driving force behind everything we accomplish. Their dedication, expertise, and heart are what continue to move C.W. Driver Companies forward.

Exciting progress is underway at the College of the Desert Palm Springs Development Project, where C.W. Driver is leading construction for this transformative higher education campus in the Coachella Valley. Once complete, the new site will serve as a dynamic hub for education, innovation, and workforce development, offering students modern learning environments and hands-on training opportunities in key industries across the region.
Currently the project is advancing through foundation work, underground utility installation, and early structural steel er****on. Site grading, material staging, and new parking lot paving are also progressing across the jobsite. Stay tuned for more updates as construction continues to take shape.

Our Driver SPG team recently wrapped up an exciting retail redevelopment project that brought new life to a former 18,425 SF theater site. The old structure was fully demolished and replaced with a fresh vision that reimagines how people shop, gather, and experience the space.
The ground floor now features flexible layouts designed for multiple retail tenants, and the second floor has been transformed into an inviting salon complete with an outdoor patio perfect for relaxing.
This project is a great example of how thoughtful planning and quality construction can turn an aging site into a dynamic destination.

The Irvine USD Woodbridge High School Performing Arts Center was honored with the Merit in Concrete Block Award from the California Masonry Council. This impressive 36,000 SF facility includes a 650-seat theater with a fly loft, orchestra pit, and scene shop, along with prop, costume, and instrument storage. The complex also features a 1,600 SF black box theater with sound and light control, two dance and drama classrooms, a visual arts classroom and design lab, and three technical arts classrooms that house a broadcast studio, video production lab, and journalism space.
C.W. Driver is proud to have been part of the team that delivered this award-winning project and created an exceptional educational and creative space for the Irvine community.

Recently, C.W. Driver Companies joined members of the Southern California Development Forum (SCDF) for an exclusive tour of the transformed Palisades Charter High School South Campus in Santa Monica.
In partnership with Gensler and the City of Santa Monica, our team reimagined over 100,000 square feet of the historic Sears building into a fully functioning temporary campus following the January 2025 wildfires.
We’re proud to have collaborated on a project that not only restored learning spaces but also showcased the power of adaptive reuse and teamwork.

We proudly participated in the Swing for Student Success Golf Classic, hosted by the College of the Canyons Foundation at Valencia Country Club.
This annual event raises critical funds that directly support COC students through scholarships, emergency aid, and essential services that help bridge the gap between ambition and access.
C.W. Driver Companies is honored to stand alongside local industry partners in helping students pursue their educational goals and build bright futures.

We’re on the home stretch of the San Dieguito UHSD Torrey Pines High School Athletics Facilities project! Once complete, this project will have modernized the athletics fields and facilities, including one baseball field, two softball fields, two multi-purpose sports fields, four new post-tensioned concrete tennis courts, and resurfaced four existing tennis courts.
