Our Project Manager, Matt Pence, brought the world of construction to a 3rd grade class at Granada Hills Charter School, showing students how we build safer, stronger structures in California to withstand natural disasters. The hands-on presentation sparked curiosity and gave students a behind-the-scenes look at construction and why safe building practices matter for our communities.

The 56,000 square-foot development, being constructed for Falcon Co. LLC, will bring 65 units of much-needed multifamily apartments close to the heart of the city. Construction continues to make strong progress at the CSU Dominguez Hills Health, Wellness, and Recreation Center. Exterior glass installation is complete, with doors now being installed, while interior finishes, including elevators, ceilings, casework, and key building systems, are coming together. Progress continues in the gymnasium and across the site, with ongoing utility work and site development underway.

Our Beaumont Library project team had the opportunity to lead a jobsite tour for 10 high school students from the CTE Construction Pathway program, giving them a firsthand look at careers in construction.
Experiences like these help inspire the next generation of builders, and we’re proud to be part of their journey!

Here’s a look at the exciting progress on the new gymnasium and aquatic center at Jordan High School! This multi-phase project is transforming campus athletics with major upgrades to the stadium and athletic fields, as well as the construction of new state-of-the-art facilities. Slated for completion in August 2027, this project will provide students with top-tier spaces to train, compete, and thrive. Proud to be part of building the future of student athletics.

Our San Diego team embraced the season by organizing a group hike as part of our Wellness Challenge, combining fresh air, movement, and team connection. Because taking care of our people is always a priority—on and off the jobsite!

Cal State Fullerton students, faculty, campus leaders, industry partners, and donors gathered at the ECS Innovation Hub jobsite for a special “Construction Milestone Celebration.”
Attendees signed a steel column with inspirational messages, marking the completion of structural framing and the transition into the next phase of construction.
The 45,000-square-foot, $54 million facility will create a hands-on learning environment for future engineers and tech leaders, with completion set for fall 2027. Proud to be part of a project shaping the future of innovation and education!

Our team at CSU Fullerton had an amazing time hosting 15 students from Cal Poly Pomona’s DBIA club at our Engineering & Computer Science project last month.
The team shared insights into this exciting project, along with valuable lessons for building a successful career in the construction industry. It’s always rewarding to connect with and give back to the next generation of industry professionals. Looking forward to seeing all they accomplish!
