Three weeks post Inguinal Hernia Surgery and I am cleared to slowly ease into my workouts. I decided to start the C25K plan as cardio has always been my weakest part to my routine. Being born with underdeveloped lungs and living with asthma, I could make all the excuses in the world. Instead, I set goals and work hard to achieve them! These are my three days from week one! I have a couple days of rest and then start week 2! 😀
