Looking for an addition to our private optometry practice in Eagle River (Chugach Eye Clinic) which is under new and growing ownership.
Prior experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Who is the right candidate? Someone extremely friendly, personable, motivated, a team player and a self-starter who is looking for a new career path and a desire to learn. If you excel in customer service in whatever type of job you are in, we want to speak with you!

We are a small practice with expanding medical capabilities and an increasing flow of patients. We are a unified team who band together to give the best experience possible to all who enter and make sure they leave with a positive lasting impression.

Is to bring on a positive personality that can be a part of the Chugach Eye Clinic family, where you can continue your career as our practice grows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Professionally answer incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments. Assist with insurance and billing.

Opportunity to cross train and learn optical duties (as stated above we band together to get the job done).

Requirements:
Working computer knowledge,
excellent customer service and communication skills. Pleasant, cooperative, and caring attitude.
Team player with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Job hours: 32 hours on average. Monday - Thursday.
Pay: dependant upon qualifications
