Dear Patient,

Today was a rough day. With the help of my staff we were able to figure out semaglutide. The first thing I doing tomorrow is order bulk. If I have to I would have to give people already on the meds syringes filled with their dose for 2 weeks that need it but this will not be free.

Tirzepatide is a little more complicated. It may take 3-4 weeks to get an order. Hopefully sooner. We are still working on other options. This has effected 1,000’s of patients across the US. This now will spill over to other pharmacies who will get new clinics like mine.

I am hoping that ACA can resolve this soon but will continue on like they will not. Moving forward, I will always have several backups. I would recommend from now on to stay one more ahead on your vials. This way if something happens, you are covered for a month. I don’t anticipate anything like this happening again because I will have backups.

I am still working on pricing. I am hoping the pricing will remain the same. I am doing my best. ACA was more affordable and superior quality of any other pharmacy I had used.
I will be refunding those who have paid and the orders are cancelled at ACA. I am trying really hard to resolve this and please be patient. I know some are freaking out and I can understand. I am doing everything to make sure you can continue your medications without any disruption. I do recommend cutting your dose in half for this week until I get an idea shipping time lines and prices. Thanks for your patience and again I am sorry. This was sad for this pharmacist family and friends but any good company should always have a contingency plan and I will as well moving forward.

I am hoping to have new patients waiting for consult to start rescheduling next week.

Where do I start?
I Started my Weightloss/ health &lifestyle change on Monday April 24, 2023. A local business Glacier Mental and Family Health Solutions was advertising a program that I have been researching for a few months. I started to notice a decline in my happiness, motivation, energy and overall well being so I made the decision to start here.

A little back story, I am a mother of 4 children in competitive sports, a small business owner, a local property manager, and those are only a few small roles of what I do.
