Anchorage School Based Health Centers School Based Health Center provides medical care to students at Bartlett High School, Begich Middle School and Clark Middle School.

Anchorage School Based Health Centers (SBHC) offer on-site physicals, immunizations, diagnosis and treatment of minor illness and injury, screenings and referrals to students. Students with registration forms signed by a parent or guardian will be able to receive services. This program is a partnership between the Anchorage School District and Christian Health Associates, and is supported entirely

from revenue from patient services, grants and in-kind donations. Services will be billed to insurance, Medicaid, Denali Kid Care, and are available on a sliding fee scale according to family income and size. No money will be collected from students, and no one will be refused service based on inability to pay.
