Is your child tired of the same lunch snacks?
Do you need help with new ideas?

Try something new by incorporating fresh ingredients into your student’s lunch. Consider adding fresh fruit or homemade trail mix with nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Raw veggies with hummus or guacamole are also great options.

Low-fat dairy such as yogurt or cheese sticks are delicious and can provide a calcium and energy boost throughout the day!
