Let’s take this month to show some love to our hearts! ❤️ Whether you’re eating heart-healthy foods, staying active, or managing stress, every small step counts towards a healthier heart.

Here are a few tips to keep your ticker in tip-top shape:
🥦 Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, and whole grains
🏃‍♂️ Get moving—aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise a day
💧 Stay hydrated and watch your salt intake
🧘‍♀️ Prioritize rest and manage stress with mindfulness

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM), a global annual campaign to raise awareness, educate, and support individuals affected by breast cancer. Here are some key aspects of BCAM:

*Objectives:*

1. Educate people about breast cancer risks, symptoms, and screening options.
2. Promote early detection and treatment.
3. Honor breast cancer survivors and those who have lost their battle.

*Ways to participate:*

1. Wear pink or pink ribbons to show support.
2. Participate in local walks/runs, fundraising events, or charity campaigns.

5. Encourage loved ones to schedule mammograms or clinical breast exams.
