The best decision I ever made was saying yes when asked me if I wanted to do something that actually made a difference.
From that moment, a fire was lit, and Minnesota IV Hydration was born at my kitchen island over months of hard work.
What started as an idea turned into a passion—building something from the ground up that truly helps people feel better, recover faster, and feel supported when they need it most.
We’re locally owned and operated, and community is at the heart of everything we do. Our nurses live and work right alongside the people we serve, and we get to care for patients right where they’re most comfortable—tucked in bed or on the couch on their hardest days.
Over the past three+ years, we’ve grown into more than a business. We’ve built a tribe of incredible nurses, stayed hands-on as owners who still see patients, and continued our education to provide safe, research-backed, IV and nutrient therapy care rooted in functional medicine and the latest treatments.
We are not a franchise. We’re heart, soul, and community.
From hangovers to cancer support and everything in between, we truly love what we do. Care always comes first—and we’re beyond grateful for our families, our staff, and the ability to do meaningful work while still having time for the people we love.
