Reiki is a Japanese form of bodywork that assists in restoring balance and harmony within your body and mind. You stay fully dressed in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, usually laying on a massage table, while I focus on channeling energy to balance the energetic layers of your body. Reiki uses a very light touch, if at all. Reiki promotes a deep feeling of relaxation and it is in this state that your body can be most effective in healing itself to restore physical and emotional well-being. Leave any and all expectations at the door and allow yourself to be fully open to what you experience throughout your session. I am a member of the IARP.
